Our Cardio Candy weights classes are designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. This full body workout involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to improve muscular strength and increase muscular endurance. It is an intense workout to push your limits and challenge your body while performing functional movements. You will leave class feeling stronger and more confident!
